3. What you would like the gift card for, either a service, special offer or dollar value
4. Choose method of receiving the gift card include three options:
  • Door Delivery within Kitchener/Waterloo
  • Curbside pickup at Total Skin Friday between 11:00-2:00
  • Emailed to your inbox to print at home.

COVID-19 update

These are unprecedented times for us all. The best we can do at this time is stay home, stay safe and help to flatten the curve.  The quicker we do, the quicker we all get back to business.

We are a non-essential business, therefore we remain closed during this COVID-19 pandemic. 

In our schedule we will keep all current bookings, once we are able to re-open, our staff will contact clients to rebook for those that wish to do so. 

We all watch the news for updates, try to keep spirits up and enjoy time spent with those in your home. Call, text, video chat to keep in touch with those who are not. 
Send virtual support to all those front line essential workers!! Keep us all safe, healthy and happy!

We can’t wait to see all our clients once its safe to do so.

Closure – COVID-19

Message to all our valued clients

Sometimes the hardest decisions are also the right decisions. 

Today, Doug Ford announced a State of Emergency for the province of Ontario. 

We are an independant, local business and we value our clients and staff safety. 
Our policy,  we always have your health as a top priority and use the highest of standards to keep our spa a safe place. 
However we are a hands-on service provider, this does not allow for the social distancing that we need at this time to control the spread of COVID-19. 

We have made the difficult decision to close at the end of today. We currently plan to reopen for April 1st, and will keep clients up to date if that is to change.

Our staff are reaching out today, however if we do not reach you today, once we re open we will do our best to reschedule your appointment in the most timely manner. Your patience and understanding as we navigate through this will be greatly appreciated. 

We know this can be an difficult time, please support each other. Reach out to friends, family and neighbours to keep emotional support. We will look forward to welcoming you again once the circumstances change.

Cancellation Update- COVID-19

As a precaution we are following the Ministry of Health directions to
keep our staff and clients healthy and safe.  

Please cancel your appointment if you have ANY of the following:
* Traveled outside Canada in the past 14 days
* Fever and/or new onset of cough or difficulty breathing
* if you have been in close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19

There will be no cancellation policy fees during this time. When possible please give 24 hours notice so that we are able to manage staff schedules. 
We will continue with our practice to clean and disinfect areas around the spa, to keep this a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff

Any staff that may end up falling ill, clients will be contacted to cancel or rebook. We appreciate understanding and will try our best to rebook with other staff when able.

We will focus on keeping regular hours, however we will monitor and adjust as needed. 
  • The best defense is to ensure you wash your hands frequently and thoroughly!
  • Reminder that any cough should be into your elbow, not your hands.
  • Refrain from handshakes or hugging.

Closing Early today!

Please take note that we are closing at 3:00 for today, Monday October 7th. 

Renovations are still underway and staff are heading to London for some team training.

We have started on Renovations in the spa. We are so excited for a fresh new look. 

In order to accomplish some more messy and noisy parts of the renovations, we will be Closed 
Monday September 30 & Tuesday October 1, 2019

There will also be some other dates that we will need to close earlier then our regular business hours. We will make sure our Google page will have correct hours and our phone recording will also reflect any updates. 

The parking lot continues to be upgraded, so please have patience when visiting the spa and allow a few extra minutes to find a parking spot. 

One of our renovations will be the removal of our pedicure stations. All pedicure services will only be provided in private rooms. We will no longer have the option to have multiple clients have service done together. We appreciate your understanding.
