THE SPA ETIQUETTE

• Please inform us if you are using Accutane or Retin-A before waxing treatments.
• We practice a hospitalization level of sterilization. All equipment is sterilized after each client.
• Age requirement: we love children, but the spa is not the safest place for them. Children under the age of 6 are not permitted.
• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service. This wind-down time allows you to start your treatment relaxed and on time. Late arrivals may find their service shortened to allow schedule to remain on time.
• As a courtesy, please put cell phones on vibrate upon arrival to the Spa

To best serve all clients, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and 48 hours for multiple services. A fee of 50% will be charged for appointments not cancelled. 30% fee for cancellations not within the proper notice.

STAFF SELECTION/CHANGES

Please feel free to change estheticians at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and more flexibility in booking an appointment.

GIFT CARDS

Available for service or simply a dollar value. Spa packages available for half or full days. All spa packages come professionally gift wrapped

All gift cards purchased for service are subject to change and will only be guaranteed for 6 months from the date of purchase, however your purchase price won’t expire.

Registered Massage Therapist cannot issue an insurance receipt when paid for by Gift Card.
